LEAF Festival Lodging

Private Camp Cabins:
Set amongst the woods, 30 very rustic campy cabins w/ bunk beds, screen windows, outlets & nearby shower houses.
Cabin Pricing:
Private Cabin $540 -sleeps 9 (Cabins 19 – 44),
Large Private Cabin $592 -sleeps 12 (Cabins 13 – 18)

Lodge Room
Two big camp lodges with lodge rooms for families or large groups. The small 5-Person lodge rooms downstairs are semi-private sharing a dressing area, sink, and private toilet with adjacent room. Upstairs Large 16-Person rooms have a private toilet/sink. The bathhouse is between the lodges.
Lodge Room Pricing:
Small Lodge Room: $54o – sleeps 5 (Noted w/ A or B),
Large Lodge Room: $1,522 – sleeps 16 (5,6, & 11)
Individual Bunk in Room 12 – $155 **Note this is the price per bunk in shared room for 16**

Notes:

• All Cabin and Lodge room rentals are valid for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights with Sunday Checkout by 6pm. You MUST have a Weekend/Weekend Plus ticket to stay overnight in lodging or tent camping.
• Bring warm bedding, towel, and combo lock. Pack to unload at the parking area, not a cabin or lodge room.
• Space Heaters are NOT allowed.
• Parking is NOT included.

LODGING CREDIT POLICY: If you’re unable to use your lodging, credit for future LEAF events can be applied IF we re-book your lodging ($18 service fee per item). To receive credit, notify LEAF in writing by EMAIL (info@theLEAF.org)  at least 7 days prior to the start of the event. Credit is valid for 3 years and may be transferred to another person. The credit is a dollar amount that can be applied towards any LEAF event purchase in advance. CALL LEAF office to redeem your credit in advance. No refunds. Note- NO credit on lodging reservations (Lodge Rooms/Cabins/Bunks/ETC) unless lodging can be re-booked.
