As a World Changer, we need vibrant prana. Join AyurPrana and our friends at the Center for Conscious Living and Dying in a daily interactive experience to enhance your prana to foster inner healing and empower you to contribute to positive global change.
Activate your inner genius through breath and movement with a thoughtful conversation on prana, a practice with breathwork. and with ceremony and sharing.
Flourish with prana rich food and nourishment (and enjoy a little nibble too!)

Mayani is a Maasai boy from longido Arusha. He went to boarding school at 6 years old and lost his Maasai language and tradition. Since joining the LEAF program, he has learned to sing Maasai songs, practiced the ‘jump’ tradition and wear Maasai shukas (traditional clothing). Mayani is extremely happy and is currently teaching other youth the culture.
