CREDIT POLICY:

No refunds; all sales are final.

LEAF Retreat & LEAF Festival – Limited number of tickets are released at each price tier. Purchase early to ensure the best rate! Lineup is subject to change. No credit on lodging reservations (Lodge Rooms/Cabins/Bunks/ETC) unless lodging can be re-booked. Application fees for WeX, Vendors, and Healing Artists are not eligible for credit.
Credit available if requested in WRITING (email – Info@theLEAF.org) at least 7 days prior to the start of the event. $18 per item processing fee applies.

LEAF Global Events – LEAF Global is a small boutique venue allowing only for limited amounts of tickets to be available for each event. Purchase early to ensure your spot! Credit available if requested in WRITING (email – Info@theLEAF.org) at least 3 days prior to the event. $5 per item processing fee applies.

Summer Camp – Limited number of spaces available. All first come first serve basis. Credit available if requested in WRITING (email – Admin@theLEAF.org) at least 7 days prior to the start date of the camp you’ll miss. $15 per item processing fee applies.

LEAF Merchandise – All sales are final; No refunds; No credits

No phone credit requests or post-deadline requests are accepted. Credit is valid for 1 calendar year and may be transferred to another person. The credit is a dollar amount, not actual tickets, that can be applied towards your next purchase. You must CALL the LEAF office to redeem your credit.

ASUMPTION OF RISK:

By making this purchase I hereby make application to the Board of Directors of LEAF, a non-profit corporation, to participate in the below named activity. I certify that I have read, understand, and accept the following representation, stipulations and waiver. YOU are RESPONSIBLE. There are inherent risks associated with being at LEAF or a LEAF event. By participating in LEAF (LEAF Global Arts) in any way (ticket purchaser, volunteer, staff, performer, vendor, etc) YOU are fully responsible for your physical and mental self, your belongings, your vehicle, your actions, injuries, accidents, illness, property damage, or other occurrence arising in any manner whatsoever out of your participation in activities sponsored by LEAF. In addition, all persons attending this event, by their presence, may be photographed, videotaped, or broadcasted and, waive any claim related to the use of their image for promotional purposes for LEAF. BE RESPECTFUL, KIND & RESPONSIBLE.

ACCORDINGLY, I HEREBY WAIVE, FOR MYSELF, MY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, HEIRS AND NEXT OF KIN, ALL CLAIMS, WHICH I MIGHT HAVE AGAINST THE LEAF, ANY OTHER PROVIDERS OF FACILITIES AND ANY OF THEM IN COMBINATION, and their officers, directors, agents, employees and contractors, for injury, accident, illness, property damage, death or other occurrence arising in any manner whatsoever out of my participation in activities sponsored by LEAF. FURTHERMORE, I agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless LEAF from any and all loss, costs, damages, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising out of my participation, or the participation of persons who accompany me, in LEAF related activities.

Shipping / Fulfillment Policy

Ticket and event access purchases:

All purchases of tickets, add-ons and live event items are delivered digitally to the email on record upon completion of your order. 

Merchandise Purchases:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 14 business days or less from the date of purchase.

Out of Stock and Delays:

In the event that there is a delay in processing your order or if a product is out of stock, we will notify you within five business days.

Mayani is a Maasai boy from longido Arusha. He went to boarding school at 6 years old and lost his Maasai language and tradition. Since joining the LEAF program, he has learned to sing Maasai songs, practiced the ‘jump’ tradition and wear Maasai shukas (traditional clothing). Mayani is extremely happy and is currently teaching other youth the culture.
